Mary Ruddick

Mary Ruddick reversed symptoms of dysautonomia with the GAPS chicken meat soup (meat stock). She went from being bedridden with multiple autoimmune diseases and failing organs to becoming a successful ancestral nutritionist and traveling the world studying indigenous tribes. She helps others with do-it-yourself quick start guides, group consultations, and has trained nutritionists accepting one-on-one clients.

Ruddick has a website, YouTube channel, Facebook page, and Instagram. She has been interviewed on many podcasts and you can hear her story and learn a lot about recovery by searching podcasts for her name.

 

Jen Donovan

Jen Donovan is a Nutritional Therepy practitioner with a GAPS certification, and was mentored by Mary Ruddick. She reversed her own MCAS and Dysautonomia. She authored the book Rebuild Yourself: Whole Body Practices to Heal Your Brain and Nervous System.

You can find her on her website Whole Body Healing with Jen, Facebook group, and Instagram. She accepts one-on-one clients and offers many free and paid classes, workshops, and Zoom Rooms.
