Natasha Campbell-McBride
Dr Campbell-McBride is a neurologist, neurosurgeon, and Cambridge nutritionist. She is the creator of the GAPS Protocol, which was adapted from the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. She reversed her son’s very difficult autism symptoms and has hundreds of success stories with her many years of clinical practice. GAPS coaches and practitioners have helped many people free themselves from debilitating symptoms.
Campbell-McBride has four books available. The two most commonly purchased for implementing the protocol are Gut and Physiology Syndrome (“the blue book”) and Gut and Psychology Syndrome (“the yellow book”). Two additional books she that has written which are helpful in refuting popular misconceptions are Vegetarianism Explained and Put Your Heart In Your Mouth. Her website is gaps.me, where you can read information about the protocol, search the FAQs, and find coaches and practitioners. She does not take clients but has many resources available. Mary Ruddick
Mary Ruddick reversed symptoms of dysautonomia with the GAPS chicken meat soup (meat stock). She went from being bedridden with multiple autoimmune diseases and failing organs to becoming a successful ancestral nutritionist and traveling the world studying indigenous tribes. She helps others with do-it-yourself quick start guides, group consultations, and has trained nutritionists accepting one-on-one clients.
Ruddick has a website, YouTube channel, Facebook page, and Instagram. She has been interviewed on many podcasts and you can hear her story and learn a lot about recovery by searching podcasts for her name.
Emma Goodwin
Emma Goodwin is a GAPS coach. You can read her story in her book Bagel Goggles: Take Them Off, See Food As Medicine. She is knowledgeable in food preparation, plant toxins, and using supportive modalities for healing.

Monika Holland
Monika Holland is a GAPS coach specializing in No-Plant GAPS and some of the most “puzzling” clients. She brought herself back from life-threatening Crohn’s disease and dedicates her life to walking alongside others as they gain back their health.

Sunny Hougan
Sunny Hougan is a practitioner in both GAPS and Nutritional Therapy. She was trained (and referred by) Becky Plotner. She facilitates Q&As with GAPS coaches and practitioners and NCM. She has reversed her own symptoms and can help you with her client-led methods.

Jen Donovan
Jen Donovan is a Nutritional Therepy practitioner with a GAPS certification, and was mentored by Mary Ruddick. She reversed her own MCAS and Dysautonomia. She authored the book Rebuild Yourself: Whole Body Practices to Heal Your Brain and Nervous System.
