ARP: Week 37

Focus: Thinking of your body as a complete system AND its tiniest parts — the cells, the microbes, the stored information, scars, memories, desires, and so on. What does your body need as a whole? What do the little bits need? I would like for you to journal about these two questions this week and every 6 months until you feel completely healed.
Repetition: My body is like and connected to every other body, and the needs it has are species specific. The smallest parts of me ask for things as they need, and I am open to listen and respond accordingly.

Self Diagnosis

Let’s talk about self diagnosis! We have given our bodies a lot of beautiful nutrients and detox so far and we still have symptom reversal ahead of us! Also, I want you to give yourself permission to diagnose yourself. Do you believe you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, mould toxicity, Fibromyalgia, Bipolar disorder, etc? It is a great possibility you have diagnosed with the correct label. No, you do not need a label so if you never have a diagnosis, that is ok too!

Releasing Identity From Labels

We do want to release any identity that these labels may carry for us as we are here to reverse the difficult symptoms of all illness. We do not want to step into a box that we create that will keep us feeling terrible and not allow us to heal. Did you know that stressful or “what if” thoughts can release histamines? This is why our limbic work is SO important!

We want to stay in a neutral place of looking logically at our healing journey, applying the proper steps and knowing we will heal, or we want to approach it with authentic positivity and have faith that we are healing. With either of these methods, we are not wearing our illness as an identity or personality. Having a label, however, can allow us to target certain things, especially if our budget asks that we do most of this journey without the help of practitioners or therapies.

Using AI for Research

If you would like to use Claude for assistance, it can be very helpful. Of course it can make mistakes so use your discretion. You can ask Claude or the AI of your choice questions like “What nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, microbes, pathogens and infections are associated with ‘place diagnosis here’ and how does this affect my nervous system?”

What we want to do then is create a plan that does not conflict with ARP. For example, AI will often give you food to eat that is not the proper source for a nutrient and we want to be sure we are eating mostly animal foods. You can ask about herbs and supplements to assist, what animal foods are best for the deficiency and at-home therapies to replace anything that may be out of the budget. This is a tool that we can all benefit from on this journey.

You can also search microbes in PubMed though I would not use it for nutritional information. What we are doing here is going to reverse our illness, ARP is anti-illness. We want to use AI to assist in those little tweaks and nuances.

If you do not care to use AI, you can alternatively borrow books from the library (again, using with wisdom and not changing your trajectory from ARP). There is so much information out there! You can absolutely use “The Age of Information” to your advantage now that your nervous system is calm and your intuition has returned.

What Not To Follow

Keep in mind if anything makes you feel fearful or nervous, makes you feel rushed to be perfectly healed, pushes a plant based diet, is selling you something or is an MLM, it is not the right path. If you feel drawn to these things, you may want to pause another few months before researching again. Keep in your mind that there is a species-specific diet for all humans everywhere and that is a foundation of animal fat and protein and we use the plants medicinally and strategically. Being in nature, slowing down, community, movement, laughter, sunshine and the food are the real medicines!

Approach the Research Calmly

I want us all to have the power to observe our symptoms, research calmly and take in the information with no judging thoughts, discard what is not useful and implement what may be. It is always best to try one new thing at a time, keep a journal and watch for changes.

I personally prefer to always begin with more of what I am already doing. Maybe I need more sun for a week, less screens, more detox, more rest, more of a healing food my body is asking for, etc. I always want to try increasing the basics first. It is easy to think a supplement or a new change will rescue us and that mindset can be dysregulating. Methodically and slowly finding out what our bodies need, implementing wisely and watching for results can be very helpful!

Let’s keep going together with gratitude, soups and sunshine! Everyone is doing a beautiful job!
