Ingredients
- Roast
- 1/2 stick butter
- Mineral salt
- Pepper
- For pork only:
- Raw milk kefir, or
- lemon juice
Directions
- If using pork: soak overnight in the kefir or lemon juice
- Grease pan with butter
- Place roast into greased skillet or Dutch oven
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cover with lid
- Place in oven
- Cook at 250°F for 6-8 hours, or overnight
