Coconut Fat Bombs


Note: These can be eaten as frequently as every fifteen minutes to regulate blood sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 quart organic cold-pressed coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup local raw honey

Directions

  • Allow coconut oil to come to room temperature
  • Incorporate honey into coconut oil completely
  • Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper
  • Transfer mixture onto the parchment paper in bite-sized dollops
  • Place in freezer
  • Transfer into quart jars once solid
