Note: These can be eaten as frequently as every fifteen minutes to regulate blood sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 quart organic cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/4 cup local raw honey
Directions
- Allow coconut oil to come to room temperature
- Incorporate honey into coconut oil completely
- Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper
- Transfer mixture onto the parchment paper in bite-sized dollops
- Place in freezer
- Transfer into quart jars once solid
