Fermented Mustard

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c mustard seed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t whey

Directions

  • Add ingredients to a 1/2 pint mason jar.
  • Fill jar to shoulders with water.
  • Seal with lid.
  • Let ferment for 3 days.
  • Blend to preferred consistency.
