Ingredients
- Small pickling cucumbers
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh dill
- 1/2 T peppercorns
- 1 t turmeric
- 1 oak leaf (for crispness)
- 1 T mineral salt
- Filtered or spring water
Directions
- Tightly pack cucumbers into quart jar
- Add dill, garlic, peppercorns, salt, turmeric, and oak leaf
- Fill to shoulders with water
- Lid and allow to ferment one week
