About Me

My journey into ancestral and naturopathic health began not as a profession, but as a mother searching for answers.

When my son developed patches on his newly erupted molars despite what I believed was a good diet, supplements, and very little sugar, I wanted to understand why. That question opened a door that has shaped my life ever since.

I began studying nutrition and natural health extensively, initially discovering GAPS and later finding the Ancestral Regeneration Protocol (ARP) through Bethany. ARP brought together so many of the pieces I had been exploring and helped me see health through a much wider ancestral lens.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that nourishment is about far more than simply counting nutrients. I place particular emphasis on nutrient-dense, bioavailable animal foods while considering the benefits, preparation, and potential trade-offs of plant foods. But food is only one part of the picture.

What drew me so deeply to ARP is its recognition that human health is interconnected with light, movement, posture, breathing, sleep, nature, community, sound, our environment, and reverence. Our ancestors did not experience these as separate health interventions; they were woven into everyday life.

Over the years I have devoted a great deal of time to studying, questioning, experimenting, and applying ancestral principles within my own family. I have watched my understanding evolve from simply asking, What should we eat? to asking a much bigger question:

What does a human being need in order to truly thrive?

My own life has also taught me that health is not something to take for granted. A serious hospitalisation and surgery brought me face-to-face with the fragility and preciousness of life. I came home with an even greater appreciation for nature, family, community and the extraordinary gift of being alive.

My passion is helping people develop practical knowledge they can use in everyday life. I believe that when we understand the conditions in which human beings were designed to flourish, we can begin making thoughtful choices that honour our biology, our families, our communities and the world our children will inherit.

I am deeply grateful to Bethany for her teaching, dedication and trust in welcoming me as an ARP Practitioner, and I am very happy to be part of this community.
