About Me
Hi, I’m Melanie! I’m so excited to be joining the Ancestral Regeneration Protocol group with Bethany. This feels like such a natural next step in a healing journey that has taken me deeper and deeper into understanding the many layers of what it means to truly heal.
For the past three years, I’ve worked alongside Jen Donovan of Whole Body Healing with Jen, supporting clients through complex health challenges and becoming certified as a Whole Body Healing Practitioner. I’m also a certified Health Coach through Trinity School of Natural Health and an EFT International Certified Practitioner.
My work has always looked at the bigger picture of health. I have experience supporting clients with nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, detoxification, and other foundational aspects of health, while also incorporating EFT, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation. My own experience navigating complex chronic symptoms, including mast cell issues, has given me a very personal understanding of what it’s like to be in the trenches of healing — to try different things, learn to listen to your body, and piece together a puzzle that doesn’t always have simple answers.
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that healing is about so much more than simply managing symptoms or finding the “right” protocol. There are physical, emotional, mental, environmental, and relational pieces that can all be part of the picture. And the deeper I’ve gone, the more curious I’ve become about the patterns we carry — especially the ones that may have begun long before us.
That is what draws me so deeply to ancestral work. I’m ready to explore what may be possible when we bring these deeper layers into the healing conversation and begin to recognize what we’ve inherited, what we’re ready to release, and what we want to carry forward.
