Pemmican

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (of any kind)
  • 1 c unrendered lard or baked bone marrow1
  • 1/2 c dehydrated blueberries (optional)
  • 1 T mineral salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients well with hands
  • Form into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly
  • Bake in oven on lowest temp for 5 hours
