Sour/Kefir Cream

 

Ingredients

  • 3 T raw milk yoghurt or raw milk kefir (for starter)
  • 1 qt raw milk cream

Directions

  • Place the starter into a quart jar
  • Fill the jar to shoulders with raw milk cream
  • Screw on lid
  • Shake once
  • Allow to ferment for 3 days
  • Refrigerate
