Yoghurt

 

Ingredients

  • 3 T raw milk yoghurt1 (for starter)
  • 1 pint raw milk, skimmed

Directions

  • Put starter in pint jar
  • Pour in raw milk
  • Screw on lid
  • Shake
  • Place in oven with light on for 24 hours2

  1. Or plain organic full-fat non-greek yoghurt from the store ↩︎

  2. If you do not have a light in your oven, then leave for 30 hours or more. ↩︎
