Note: If you don’t have fermented cream: Place 1 T of plain, full-fat, organic, non Greek yogurt from the store into a jar. Pour A2 cream over top and shake. Lid and leave on counter for 3 days.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 pint fermented cream
- 1/2 T [real] vanilla extract
- 1/2 T lemon juice (from 1/4 lemon)
- 1 t stevia leaf powder1
Directions
- Place ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Mix until whipped and fluffy
- Spoon into small containers and keep in fridge for a snack
