Cheesecake Mousse


Note: If you don’t have fermented cream: Place 1 T of plain, full-fat, organic, non Greek yogurt from the store into a jar. Pour A2 cream over top and shake. Lid and leave on counter for 3 days.


Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 pint fermented cream
  • 1/2 T [real] vanilla extract
  • 1/2 T lemon juice (from 1/4 lemon)
  • 1 t stevia leaf powder1

Directions

  • Place ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Mix until whipped and fluffy
  • Spoon into small containers and keep in fridge for a snack
